房地产, 住房 and Land Use Community focuses on issues of interest to real estate, 住房, and 土地使用 practitioners through programs and publications, including a quarterly newsletter, and by providing information and comments on current legislative and regulatory changes in the areas of real estate transactions, 诉讼, 金融, 锻炼, zoning and 土地使用 laws, 法律意见, and landlord-tenant relations.

The Community has five committees: community outreach, 土地使用, 立法, real property transactions, 租赁住房.
